It’s been a long time and Megadeth is finally back on track with Endgame, the band’s most recent album (2009). Simply put, this album just blows Death Magnetic away - as if someone can’t really help of not mentioning that one. Not only that the production is a thousand times better than Death Magnetic, the songs, were almost a leap and the shredding solos proves that Megadeth is NOT “a watered down Metallica”!

Dave back up himself with a great line up to pummel these tracks and with Dave Mustaine/Chris Broderick shredding tag team, sets this album its own standard, almost in league since Mustaine/Friendman with Rust in Peace. This should be the follow up for Rust in Peace (although I love Countdown to Extinction). The solos were unstoppable and Hammet just got pawned in there!

Tracks like Headcrusher, Bodies, This Day We Fight, The Right To Go Insane, and How The Story Ends were the intense highlights and I mean intense like a pure fucking Thrash played by a veteran old dog who almost lost his way back home! Don’t get me wrong but almost ALL of the tracks were amazing!

…and Metallica… well they got inducted in the Hall of Fame with Dave bitchin’ (crying like a kid) that he should be in there blablabla. Too bad Death Magnetic wouldn’t come even close to this record. Dave Mustaine should move on with his life. There’s nothing to prove anymore. Megadeth wins the game!
