Nekrad
Nekrad was born grim back in 1999. Hailed from Ipoh , Nekrad proudly carries symphonic vampyric black metal as their concept, idolized by Cradle of Filth, Dimmu Borgir, Dissection, Agathodaimon, Iron Maiden and Old Man Child. The same years, Nekrad has released “The Realm of Darkness” demo that contained 4 live recording hymns + 1 outro. Millennium 2000, Nekrad performed their debut gig Ipoh Loudblast Anthem part II along with Bazzah, Necrotic Chaos and Tandus. After that Nekrad’ activities were in hazed due to the different commitments among the lineups. Spring 2007, Nekrad is back and ready to strike again. They are going to re-record their old demo songs with new arrangements and sounds. For there so many eyes look from afar, the beast will once again firing your path, your soul.

Pagana Usurpacion (news)
They are born in the dark days of beginning of 2005, with 5 sick maniacs, who joined to create and to spit blasphemies; after a time 3 members leave the band for their incompetence and their lack of commitment, remaining two of the founders, Pau Natal in guitar and Rulo Supay in bass, together they decide to continue with the beast and reject everything realized up to this moment, to invoke new rites, in only one week because the band decided as target to make concrete a demo, it is so for this new stage they recruit an old man fighter of thousand battles in order that he takes charge of the drums of thousand demons. Natal Pau takes charge besides the and bass and Rulo Supay of the voices. They test together only 5 days and penetrate to recording what would be their first official demo, for lack of budget faces the recording of an alone capture and in only 2 hours. Of this form there is born " Rito ancestral " a demo of 8 topics, loaded with hatred towards the prostitutes mundane customs imposed for Christians little priests and of primitive and wild music that they are called a " ANCIENT ANDEAN DEATH/BLACK ". They realized their live unloads in the following sacred places: la Quiaca, Abrapampa, Monterrico, Perico, Palpala, S. S. de Jujuy and in Santa Cruz (Bolivia). They shared stage close to bands as: THE KILLING (Argentina), HEDOR(Colombia), DOMINUS PRAELLI (Brazil), DEVASTACION (Argentina) and the grand INCANTATION (USA).In these moments they are presenting the demo in different places where they are invoked and composing new blasphemies for a new production

COMMON GRAVE (ger) - Dehumanized CD
Crunchy Death Metal. The digital world already invades the world of metal for a very long time now – and they still keep adding more and more “plug-ins” for that. I despise such ‘cleanliness’ in this kind of music. Of course, all things really worked well with Common Grave. “Dehumanized” was produced by Necrophagist member Muhammed Suicmez at Aexxys Art Studio; so with all this kind of information, you have the idea of how this CD sounds like – production wise. I never heard their previous work so I got nothing but to go over on all these songs (10 tracks). First and like what I’ve said earlier, I never like how this CD sounds: too clean, too tight, everything in here is just so clear, the kicks on the bass drum were so “clicky”. If you are looking for that kind of production, then consider those as an added bonus. Second, eventhough that I never like the clean sound, I have to say that I don’t have any complains on the songs! There were some really great catchy riffings here and there that the clean sound just gets all over me just fine. I understand such music requires clarity but why do they don’t use Soundlab instead? Probably trying to stay away on the typical Soundlab sound? I see it as The Abyss Studio of Grindcore. Third, after continuous listen, songs bore me to death already. Probably I’m complaining about the clean sound once again? I’m sorry, but I think that Common Grave should perhaps do more catchy riffs like what happened in “Necrocide” (starts 2:17), great harmonics on “Reborn through Hate” (starts 2:00) and not all these blast-slow-blast-mute-etc making all the songs sound the same. Add on that is the terribly monotonous low growled vocals, which fits the music perfect by the way, but is painfully overheard on this disc. I wish he could stop singing and let some instruments do the talking for a while. The lyrics were pretty short (booklet says) but vocals were all over the place and just never stops (he stops for a while but he’s back again), even on the last minute of the last track “P.G.”, those growls closes the disc, thanks a lot! Recommended for fans of Suffocation, Cannibal Corpse, & Gurkkhas. 7/10
